PicaJet Free is a simple digital photo manager that allows you to easy import pictures from files, digital camera or scanner and to organize, view, enhance and share them.
The program is easy to use and needs no advanced or complicated settings. It opens with a file browser that can find and display all pictures from your system, or you can add a certain folder using the file menu and start see your photos in slideshow. On the left side, you have an optional category bar from where you can organize and group your pictures by assigning different captions and ratings to them and by embedding IPTC keywords in order to store all metadata. You can also enhance pictures by yourself; the fix image feature allows you to adjust brightness and contrast, hue and saturation, to sharpen and blur, to remove red eye and to apply few effects, such as negative, sepia, grayscale or black and white. The tools menu gives you access to some other practical features; you can batch convert missing files and batch resize and convert images.
