The Interface is simple and it’s most important tools are Recipes, Menu, Shop List, Nutrition and Fitness. It does not require special knowledge in cooking because things are quite easy to handle. The Menu tool provides 4 categories that the user must choose from, such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and afterwards complete it with recipes, menu period and menu day.
Keeping fit and healthy plays an important role and this software comes with a nutrition database that would appeal to each user. For example, the serving size is calculated in calories, proteins, cholesterol, dietary fiber, iron sodium and so on and so forth. The Fitness Calculator implies filling personal information like Age, Gender, Exercise-in time, Weight, Neck, Waist, Hip, and Wrist and then takes a glance in Calorie Targets, Body Fat, Body Mass Index and Waist Ratios.
